I made a new acquaintance, parsnip. I’ve know of it’s existence but never used nor bought it. So Glorian Ruoka&Viini magazine had a parsnip soup recipe in it’s last number and since I do love vegetable soups I was keen to try this new .
This soup was actually a delight. The parsnip was a interesting one. I really can’t discribe it but do try it if it is new to you. The soup also had an apple, potato (of course), onion, garlic and curry. Since I am a newbie in the kitchen I would have not combined all of these before but it did work!
