My previous post included a Mother’s day mud cake. I only then noticed that I had actually made three mud cakes in the past 2 weeks.
The first one we ate before I could get my hands on my camera but I got quick pictures of the second one. Trust me, behind the camera I had 4 hungry people waiting for the cake so no time for good pictures.
But mud cakes are fun. Just by adding some whipped cream and berries you can give this extremely good cake a quick face lift. In this I just had some defrosted raspberries and shipped cream.
