A card for a b’day boy

We seem to know a lot of children who have their birthdays around Christmas time. One of our friends dear little boy turned 2 and we had the chance to attend his party just after Christmas.

Even though 2 year olds do not really care for the cards I make for the them, I don’t seem to mind. Making things for kids is important to me and that is a way for me to show how much they mean to me. So I did this card for the birthday boy. Hope he was happy with his party.

I used the sketch from the Freshly Made Sketches #117 as the inspiration so let’s enter this card into the challenge. Thanks again for the great sketch Amy! I really love her work.

Sorry for the poor photo. I was actually just dashing to the car to go to the party when I remembered that I don’t have a photo of the card yet. Next time I’ll be better prepared.

Have a great day everyone!

Perfect card for a little boy! Hopefully his mom will tuck it away so he can appreciate it when he’s older. 🙂 Thanks for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches.
