I had earlier talked about reusing leftovers from jewelries and this applies to old used jewelry as well. This time I decided to break down a bracelet I had done a while back (if you open the link it’s the first bracelet). It had been my first bracelet using the weaving technique. In the end a few things bothered me in the piece and I started to think what could I do to make it work. So the bracelet turned into a necklace and finally I am in peace with this piece.
I am surely going to create a new bracelet using this same weaving but for now I will just look at this beauty. It was a rocky and long road but the end result is sweet. One thing that warms my heart is that I was able to create nearly every single part myself. The only once I am not capable to create are the 15mm round sterling silver beads but that is ok.
