Craft hour with the kids: Red hats in the snow

The Christmas holiday is nearly over and I really do feel like I haven’t slept at all. The flu has been so persistent that it has taken all the energy out of me. I haven’t done much myself but I was able to do a little easy crafting the with the girls.

We created a piece of art with little mysterious hats in the snow.

Red hats in the snowIt was of course very easy for us adults but a fun little art work for both my 3 and 5 year old. They had the possibility to use scissors and learn how to cut ‘triangles’ and also glue without all the glue flying around the place.

This is what you need:

That’s it then. Either glue worked so just use the one that is best with your child. You can also use just red paper instead of felt. I like to change materials with my kids. Learning how to cut felt is different to cutting paper.

Just let your imagination fly. This does not need anything more then this.

Hope your Christmas was wonderful!
