29 years – a card for him

So making cards for men is hard but this is what I came up with. Here’s a card using the Tim Holtz’s embossing folders. The bingo folder works with a birthday theme. The ripped banner paper is actually from an old encyclopedia that we’ve had lying around for years. It has about a trillion pages so I won’t run out of that paper probably forever. I love it that it is a bit on the yellowish side already giving it the aged look.

This card was inspired by the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #118.

As you can see the sketch to go by is fairly simple this time so the ideas are limitless. Go check out what others have done and get inspired.

So what do you think? Is it a card you could give to a man? I do think so but I also like the fact that just changing the colors around you can make it for anyone.

Promise to post about something else than jewelry or cards. I’m clearly having a jewelry phase right now and cannot seem to get anything else done. That’s were my mojo had gone. Let’s see where it goes next.
